• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviews to the onboarding process
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategic hiring plans
• Maintaining a strong talent pool and proactively sourcing candidates
• Working with the marketing team to design and implement an employer branding strategy
• Participating in career events and strengthening relationships with universities and other organizations
• Providing reports and contributing to HR projects.

• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and the use of social media to attract talent
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strategic thinking, strong decision-making skills, and attention to detail
• A people-oriented approach, the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization
• Absolute confidentiality and integrity.
