Hatzopoulos S.A. talent acquisition strategy and contributing to the development of its strong employer brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviews to the onboarding process
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategic hiring plans
- Maintaining a strong talent pool and proactively sourcing candidates
- Working with the marketing team to design and implement an employer branding strategy
- Participating in career events and strengthening relationships with universities and other organizations
- Providing reports and contributing to HR projects.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting for various roles and levels
- A degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken
- Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and the use of social media to attract talent
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strategic thinking, strong decision-making skills, and attention to detail
- A people-oriented approach, the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization
- Absolute confidentiality and integrity.
